Postage and handling.

Our postage costs are set at a flat rate of £2.95 for delivery anywhere within mainland UK. If you want delivery outside these areas, please email us at info@clementinetoys.com

If payment has been made by credit card or PayPal, we aim to despatch all items within 2 working days from receipt of order, most go out the same or next day.

If you have selected to pay by cheque, items will be posted out the next working day after the cheque has cleared.

Delivery Methods

All items are sent by Royal Mail, First Class Post as a minimum level of service. Some larger, heavy items may be sent using the Standard Parcel service. In the case of very large or heavy orders a courier service (currently DHL) will be used. This means that you should have your items within 2-5 days. You will not have to pay any extra for the courier service if we decide to use it.

Can you deliver any faster?

If you need something even faster than Royal Mail, please give us a call on 023 8055 6352, and we can let you have some even faster options! These would usually be Royal Mail Next Day service or DHL courier and will of course have an additional charge.

What if I am out when the delivery occurs?

Please note, that with larger parcels, if they do not fit through a letterbox or if alternative delivery options nave not been given a failed delivery card will be left by the Royal Mail or our couriers. After 2 failed delivery attempts, goods will be returned to depot for up to 28 days in the case of Royal Mail, and 7 days for the couriers. If goods are not collected or collection time arranged the goods will then be returned to us. If you still want to receive your items and the goods are returned to us, a re-delivery charge will be payable.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?

We give you the option of delivering the parcel to a separate address. Please note that we can not deliver different items within one order to different addresses. For example - If you need to send a set of bookends to Glasgow and a wooden name plaque to Reading, you need to place two orders, one for the bookends and one for the plaque.

Will you gift wrap my order?

If the items are a present, we can offer you a lovely gift wrapping service. If you would to add this, you can do so during the check out process.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

It is incredibly rare that parcels get lost, but in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in reasonable time, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
