| Ordering Ordering from Clementine Toys could not be easier. Simply select the items you want by amending the quantity and clicking on the "Add to Basket" button. Each time you add an item, you will be taken to a page showing you what toys you currently have in your shopping basket. You then have the choice to check out, to add or remove tems from your basket, or to continue shopping.
When you have selected all the items you want to order, click on the Checkout button at the bottom left of the screen. Enter your delivery and invoicing details. You then have a number of payment options.
You can pay online using our secure credit or debit card facility, provided by LloydsTSB Bank. We accept the following payment cards:
Switch
Solo
Visa Electron
Visa Debit
Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards
Visa/Mastercard Corporate Cards.
If you wish to pay by cheque, you can order online, choose the pay by cheque option and then send the cheque to our address above. We will send out your order once your cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to "Clementine Toys".
Alternatively we can take orders by telephone. Just call 023 80 55 63 52 and speak to one of our very friendly staff who will be delighted to help. We can take payment by cheque or cards this way.
Finally, we can accept a number of online payment methods such as Nochex and Paypal. If you wish to use these methods, select the appropriate box and complete the transaction as usual.
On receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Please check the details carefully and contact us straight away if there are any problems. We aim to send all orders out within 48 hours and many go out the same/next day. There is usually a slightly longer delivery time for the personalised Keepsake Boxes as these are made to order.
