I have been so impressed with the customer service received from [Clementine Toys]. I accidently paid twice - an error which you rectified within 30 minutes of receiving my email and although our order of wooden letters was one e short (our fault for spelling Madeleine with three e's not two) the mistake was quickly rectified with many apologies. In our current retail environment service like this is very hard to find!

I found the website www.clementinetoys.com very easy to use and liked the delivery charge of £2.95 (it's much higher on other sites) plus the fact that they aim to ship orders within 48 hours, which was not what other sites were trying to achieve. I ordered on the Monday for my daughters birthday on the Thursday and Clementine Toys came up trumps with the goods arriving on the Wednesday. It even cost them more to send than they billed me - great service. Toys were all v. well made and communications also great from this company - I'd recommend you to order from them. So nice to have lovely wooden toys that please the kids and the parents!
